Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the childbirth will according to birth condition for married nurse having preschool child on the purpose of providing the basic information of improving childbirth will.
Method : This research design is based on descriptive correlation research, and the subjects were 155 married nurses, having a preschool children in an eight hospitals with 400 beds in B city. Data were obtained from August 7, 2016 to September 13, 2016 with self-report questionnaires.
Results : The finding here above result is indicated that the factor which will effect on married nursed with preschool child are parenting stress, marriage satisfaction, emotional value as subordinate scope of perception of value of child and the number of child.
Conclusion : Therefore to improve childbirth will of marriage nurse with preschool child is needed for developing of mediation program aim to reduce parenting stress and improve marriage satisfaction.
